Polestar 2 is a high quality, premium EV that is said to provide a solid driving experience that sets the all-electric fastback apart from the competitors. Items like the vegan upholstery, Android Automotive OS-powered infotainment system with Google built-in, and striking interior and exterior design, remain hallmarks of Polestar 2 no matter the derivative.
Like most EVs nowadays, the star of the show is that iPad-like screen that sits within the dash. It controls everything from the stereo, to the heating and the navigation; and is nicer to use than Volvo’s system, with cleaner graphics.
Voice control that really hears you
Google Assistant voice control means you can tell the Polestar 2 what to do without taking your hands off the wheel. Just say “Hey Google” and the car listens to your instructions, leaving you free to focus on what matters whilst driving.
Always up to date
The built-in Android-powered operating system is connected to the internet and receives regular over-the-air updates, just like your smartphone, and you can always download additional apps from the Google Play Store.
Unlimited connectivity
For the first three years, all the internet data your Polestar 2 uses is included in the car’s purchase price. So you can navigate, stream music, and ask Google whatever you like without worrying whether you’ve got enough data left.
